Our projects and investment vision

The El Galaa Mall project in Heliopolis, Cairo, was contracted in January 2026 under an investment partnership model, on a land area of 1,300 m². The project is being developed according to an approved development plan aimed at increasing the built-up area to approximately 16,000 m². The project includes development and operational phases under a 15-year renewable agreement, with a carefully designed operational strategy targeting maximum investment returns during the first three years, representing the investment lifecycle. This is achieved by maximizing the site’s potential, ensuring operational sustainability, and delivering long-term returns.

The Sawa Mall project in Al-Shorouk City was contracted in February 2026 under an acquisition model, on a land area of 3,200 m². The built-up area of the project is 27,000 m², distributed over three levels: Lower Ground, Ground, and First Floor. Construction work is planned to be completed while increasing the occupancy area to 33,000 m² over a three-year development period, which includes development, sales, and operational phases, with the goal of achieving investment returns within the same period
