Point Walk has been contracted for development across four phases, following an integrated strategy focused on maximizing the project’s investment value and achieving sustainable growth. Point Walk Strip Mall is an integrated retail and entertainment destination in the heart of Hadayek October, spanning 33,000 sqm, with a diverse mix of restaurants, cafés, and services. Phase 4 has been fully developed, operational, and completely leased, while development continues across the remaining phases according to a structured plan that supports the project’s growth, strengthens its investment appeal, and ensures sustainable returns over the long term

The Sawa Mall project in Al-Shorouk City was contracted in February 2026 under an acquisition model, on a land area of 32,000 m². The built-up area of the project is 27,000 m², distributed over three levels: Lower Ground, Ground, and First Floor. Construction work is planned to be completed while increasing the occupancy area to 33,000 m² over a three-year development period, which includes development, sales, and operational phases, with the goal of achieving investment returns within the same period
